Genesis Bryant is a graduate student pursuing her Master's degree in Business Management and a returning starter for the University of Illinois Women's Basketball team. As a two-time, All Big Ten and 1,000-point scorer, Genesis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications. While Genesis' basketball career continues to unfold, she is also a strong writer and quick-study who is dedicated to honing her professional craft within communications through her work with the Illini Athletics media team, and on a project-basis with global brand and corporate communications strategist, Stefanie Santos McLeese.
